wow that looks fantastic! So what is it? Rice, cucumber, red cabbage, carrot, pomme granate and almonds maybe? What else do you use (seasoning etc) for this recipe?

Hi Jasmijn, Yep, those ingredients sound right if my memory serves me correctly! Maybe some celery too... The dressing was something like lemon juice, olive oil, brown rice vinegar and shoyu... I just pour it on by eyeballing it so I don't have any measurements. Thanks, Leslie
