Fairly recently, I was invited to Ma'o Organic Farm to do a cooking class.

Happosai (Lucky Chinese Vegetable Stir Fry)
Greens with Marinated Onions
There were 18 students all who learned more information about the types of foods they grow and how to use them. We had a blast.
